All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products without notice.

When you place an order through our Site, you are making an offer to purchase products subject to these Terms and Conditions.

All prices are in Australian Dollars (A$) and include GST where applicable. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other charges related to international orders.

We will process your order within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

We ship worldwide except to parts of Asia and some remote regions. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: A$12.95 via DHL or FedEx – delivered within 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over A$50 via EMS – delivered within 15-25 business days after dispatch

While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframes, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you when we deliver the products to the carrier.

We want you to be completely stoked with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your item.

To be eligible for return or exchange:

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition
• You must contact us within 15 days of receiving your item to request a Returns Authorization number
• Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Outdoor Kitchens and their integrated components once their packaging has been opened

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless we made an error (like shipping the wrong item).

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
